South Croydon based company require an experienced purchase ledger clerk to take responsibility for processing purchase ledger transaction accurately and efficiently as part of a team of 6.
Specific duties will include:
· Ensure all purchase invoices are scanned, registered and distributed accurately.
To ensure that authorised purchase invoices are posted for payment accurately and promptly.
· Complete statement reconciliations where required and follow up any issues with supplier.
· Deal promptly with supplier queries as required.
· To recommend perceived improvements to the purchase ledger systems* procedures to the team leader.

Suitable candidate will need to have fast and accurate inputting skills, min of 12 months purchase ledger experience and enjoy working within a small friendly team.
